Chocolate Crispy Cakes

Makes 12

150-175g vegan chocolate , chopped into small pieces to help it melt quickly.
75g cornflakes (or rice crispy cereal)

1) Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a pan or bowl of boiling water. Make sure that no water splashes into the chocolate.
2) Stir the cornflakes into the chocolate, making sure that the cornflakes are completely covered by chocolate.
3) Divide the mixture between 12 paper cases/greased bun tins
4) Put them in the fridge to set.
