Chocolate Sauce

Makes 4 – 8 Servings

Ingredients
50 g (2oz) vegan margarine
100g (4oz) sugar (caster, or muscovado for extra richness)
50g vegan chocolate, broken into pieces
3 tablespoons of soya milk

Instructions
1) Put the margarine in a pan and start to melt it.
2) Add the the sugar and stir it in while the margarine is melting. Simmer for a couple of minutes on a low heat.
3) Stir in chocolate until it has melted.
4) Add the soya milk as soon as the chocolate has melted, and stir it in. Serve on ice cream, ice cream sundaes, banana splits, warm chocolate cake or chocolate trifle.
