Apple and Blackberry Crumble

Makes: 4 Servings
Oven Temperature: 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

600g apples and blackberries
150g (6 oz) flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
75g (3 oz) margarine
50g (2 oz) demerara sugar

1. Peel and core the apples and slice them. Put the slices in an ovenproof dish and add the blackberries.
2. Put the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and rub in the margarine until the mixture is crumbly! Stir in the sugar, and sprinkle evenly over the fruit.
3. Cook for about 30 – 35 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF until cooked. Serve with vegan cream or custard.
