Yogurt Berry Breakfast

Serves: 4
Cooking time: 20 minutes

400g summer fruits (fresh or frozen)
4 tablespoons of sugar
400g vegan natural or vanilla yogurt
400g fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

1) To make the sauce, blitz the summer fruits in a blender.
2) Put the contents of the blender in a pan with about 4 tablespoons of sugar. You may need less, if your fruit is quite sweet. Let the sauce cool, or make it in advance and store it in the fridge until it is needed.
3)Assemble by putting 100g yogurt in the bottom of a wine glass or bowl, then add 1/4 of the fruit sauce. Top with fresh berries.
