Scrambled Tofu

Serves 2
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1 block of ordinary tofu
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 level teaspoon of turmeric
1 or 2 tablespoons of Soya Sauce
Mixed herbs
Lots of black pepper

1) Drain the tofu and crumble it up with your hands into a bowl.
2) Finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry them in the vegetable oil until softened.
3) Add the tofu and the other .
4) Heat through and serve on toast or with lots of nice vegan breakfast things like vegan sausages, fried tomatoes and roasted potato cubes.
