You can experiment with many different combinations of fruit and juice, but I’d say frozen fruit in smoothie is essential! However, I would always do a mixture of fresh and frozen so that it doesn’t end up too thick and icy. If I have no frozen fruit, I chop the banana and freeze it beforehand.
125g frozen mango
125g frozen, tinned or fresh pineapple
25g fresh or frozen spinach (or kale)
250ml orange juice (or juice from any tinned fruit)
1) Blend and serve!
