Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Oven Temperature: 220ºC/435ºF/Gas 7
Not exactly a recipe, but ideas are always good!
1 tbsp vegetable/olive oil
4-8 rashers of vegan bacon, or fried smoked tofu
1) Cook the ciabatta at 220ºC/435ºF/Gas 7 for 10 minutes.
2) Slice the avocado.
3) Fry the bacon in oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
4) Cut ciabatta in half and slice open each half.
5) Spread with margarine and arrange bacon and avocado slices on top.
