Potato Wedges

Serves: 4
Oven Temperature: 220ºC/435ºF/Gas 7
Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients
About 800g of potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soya sauce

Instructions
1) Cut potatoes into small wedges.
2) Sprinkle the potatoes with the soya sauce then the oil, and stir to coat them.
3) Put the wedges in a roasting tray and cook at 220ºC/435ºF until browned and cooked through.
